1. Requirement Analysis and Planning

By analyzing the client's needs, we designed a centralized system to optimize orders, seating, checks, and task distribution, streamlining workflow and improving efficiency.

2. Prototyping and Design

We created minimalistic wireframes and prototypes for both the app and admin panel, ensuring an intuitive, user-friendly design for both staff and customers while retaining key functionality.

3. Development and Testing

We built the app with React Native for iOS and Android, using React.js for the web and PHP for backend. After each phase, we tested the system for stability and performance.

4. Delivery and Launch

After launch, the mobile app and admin panel were fully functional, enabling restaurant owners to streamline operations, automate reports, and access performance insights.

This screen displays the Reports section, giving users a clear overview of sales performance. It shows total sales, daily sales, and average sales, supported by a bar chart comparing hourly sales to the previous week. This helps businesses track revenue trends and make informed decisions.
