The project aimed to modernize the task allocation system in banking, replacing a 15-year-old codebase and improving overall efficiency for the organization.

1. Analysis and Requirements Development
In the first stage, we reviewed the client’s requirements and the existing system to understand tasks and challenges. We modernized the interface while retaining the old code’s logic for ease of use.
2. Technology Selection and Development
To ensure stability and clarity of the interface, we chose Java and React. These technologies provide the necessary flexibility and speed, which are important for working with banking data.
3. Testing and Optimization
After developing the beta version of the software, we conducted testing involving real users to ensure that the new system operates stably and is user-friendly for all employees.
4. Implementation and Launch
After completing the testing, we implemented the new system into the bank’s working environment. Thanks to the improved functionality, employees were able to perform tasks and handle data much faster.
This screen provides an administration view for managing groups and users. You can see active groups with their details, cities, and permissions, as well as a list of users with status, group, contact info, and roles. It enables administrators to add new groups or users and control access rights.
