Project Plan
1. User Needs Research & Architecture Planning
We analyzed the client’s goals and challenges tutors face when preparing lessons for children with special needs, then designed a flexible system architecture for scalability and easy integration.
2. Core System Development & AI Integration
We integrated GPT-4, GPT-4 Vision, and DALL·E-3 into the platform. One model processes text, while the other generates relevant illustrations, enabling a fully prepared lesson in PDF within minutes.
3. UI Development & Process Automation
We built a user-friendly React-based interface that allows tutors to interact with the app: upload materials, receive ready-made lessons, edit and regenerate them as needed.
4. Performance Optimization & UX Enhancements
We continuously tested the system, gathered user feedback, and optimized both the generation workflows and the user experience. Our goal was to make the app as accessible as possible.
This screen lets teachers review the AI-generated lesson and select activities to include, such as vocabulary learning, matching pictures, storyboards, quizzes, and exercises, ensuring the lesson is tailored and engaging for pupils.
