This screen allows users to monitor energy surplus and deficit throughout the day, view purchased and sold energy, and analyze gaps in real time. It also provides an order history with details like volume, time, and target, while enabling quick actions such as placing new buy or sell orders.

We were fortunate to turn to Wami because their team showed real dedication to our project. Some specialists have joined our team and continue to work on this large and complex project. We also visited their office in Kharkiv and got to know each team member. Friendly and professional team, grateful to them for their work.

Approach

Challenge

The client needed a reliable partner to handle most of the product’s development — a technical team that could manage the full cycle, collaborate smoothly, scale efficiently, and ensure long-term stability and growth, while they focused on core business goals.

Solution

We started with an in-depth discovery phase to align with the client's vision and business goals. An experienced software architect led the design of a scalable, high-load system architecture tailored to future growth.

Solution

We built a cross-functional team of 19 experts, including project managers, business analysts, UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and data scientists. The team was scaled gradually, matching evolving technical needs and ensuring delivery agility.

Solution

From planning and design to implementation and support, our team covered the entire development cycle. We worked closely with the client’s internal team, ensuring seamless integration, clear communication, and smooth knowledge transfer.

Solution

We implemented processes for continuous delivery and regular performance reviews. This allowed us to refine workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and boost efficiency across the development cycle.

Final Solution

By building a cross-functional team and fostering close collaboration, we managed the development cycle effectively. Our strategic partnership drove scalability, efficiency, and long-term growth, allowing the client to focus on their core business needs.

Teamvoice

I joined this project because of its scale and real-world impact. My role goes beyond managing the backlog — I'm shaping how AI and machine learning actually translate into smarter energy decisions. That kind of responsibility keeps you sharp.

Product Owner

Max

What stands out here is the consistency. Evolving requirements, shifting priorities — the team absorbs it and still delivers. That kind of stability doesn't just happen.

Tech Lead

Tetiana

Some decisions took real creative thinking, and I'm glad we had the space to make them. Honestly, good team dynamics and open communication make a bigger difference than most people admit and this project has both.
